Ultrasonic Welding & Gluing

MINPACK’s ultra sonic welding is used to join two plastic parts without the use of adhesives or other means of fastening.

The process uses high frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibration energy creating a solid-state weld, which joins the plastic at the contact points creating one piece.

MINPACK offers an automated gluing system for custom projects that require a precise amount of adhesive.  Precision placement and accurate volume are key features of this process.
